    Medical Bridge

    Pays a lump sum for accident or sickness. Hospital Confinement $500-$1500, Daily Hospital Confinement options, Outpatient Surgery $500/$1000, Diagnostic Testing $500, $25 Doctor Visits, Health Screening $50, ER, Ambulance, Air Ambulance, X-Ray benefits, Observation Room and Inpatient Rehab.


    Helps you fill the gaps caused by increasing deductibles, co-payments and out-of-pocket costs related to an accidental injury on or off the job. If you burn it, break it, bruise it, tear it or cut it and receive medical treatment you may have an accident claim.

    Short-term Disability

    Protect your income when you miss work due to an accidental injury or illness. Provides a monthly benefit up to 3, 6 or 12 months to help you cover your ongoing expenses.


    If you were diagnosed with cancer, you could have expenses that medical insurance doesn’t cover. Your out-of-pocket costs may result from loss of income, out-of-network treatment, co-pays, deductibles, travel expenses, lodging, meals, home health care and child care.
